He worked at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for 9 years and rose up to senior manager through working in different capacities including high-performing branch manager, retail banking project manager, and business finance manager. He has deep insights into retail products, channels, and retail underwriting and later started his entrepreneurial journey in the technology domain. Over the years of this entrepreneurial journey, Zia has established himself as a successful serial entrepreneur and has investments in technology, energy, and fintech industries.
Naim Uddin Rahat

Naim is the Co-Founder and CEO of Teleserv. Naim started his career at an early age as a call center agent. He also worked in Events & Training, Education, Fintech & BPO industries over the last 11 years. Working in operation, administration & business development, Naim developed himself as a visionary and a strong fit as an entrepreneur. Naim’s dream is to establish a next-generation outsourcing company for the global market and create job opportunities for the youths of his country.
