Zia is the Co-founder of Teleserv. He worked at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for 9 years and rose up to senior manager through working in different capacities including high-performing branch manager, retail banking project manager, and business finance manager. He has deep insights into retail products, channels, and retail underwriting and later started his entrepreneurial journey in the technology domain. Over the years of this entrepreneurial journey, Zia has established himself as a successful serial entrepreneur and has investments in technology, energy, and fintech industries.
Naim Uddin Rahat
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Naim is the Founder and CEO of Teleserv. He began his career at a young age as a call center agent and has since accumulated over 16 years of experience across the Events & Training, Education, Fintech, and BPO industries. With a diverse background in operations, administration, and business development, Naim has evolved into a forward-thinking leader and entrepreneur. He is also contributing to subcommittees focused on global market development and service expansion at BACCO (Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing). His vision is to build a next-generation outsourcing company that serves the global market while creating meaningful employment opportunities for the youth in his country.
