Call Center Executive
Job Description:
Teleserv is hiring “Call Center Executive” for Morning, Day & Night Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call International Clients to generate leads/set appointments/ live transfer
- Become a virtual assistant for our client and manage back-office operation
- Build a rapport and understand the customer/consumer’s requirements
- Need to achieve daily KPI / Sales target
- Report directly to the Supervisor
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum H.S.C or O/A Level / Bachelor’s (Ongoing) in any discipline.
Additional Requirements:
- Required resource must be flexible to work at any shift as required by Teleserv
- Fluency in English is a must
- Minimum 6 months of experience in call center outbound sales/appointment
- Experience may be exempted if you have excellent English speaking skills & you are a quick learned
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Candidates residing at Mirpur / Nearby will be given preference.
